Q. Is Adore India a real brand?A. Yes. Adore India is manufactured and distributed by Adore Luxe Pvt. Ltd., Delhi. You’re buying direct from the maker with GST invoice and full support.

Q. Are the product photos real? Will I get the same item?A. Photos are of our actual products. Minor colour variation can occur due to lighting/screens, but prints, fabric and construction match the description.

Q. Are your products Made in India?A. Yes—crafted in India using heritage techniques with modern fits.

Orders & Payments

Q. Which payment methods do you accept?A. UPI, cards, net-banking and (if enabled) COD. All charges are shown at checkout—no hidden fees.

Q. Is online payment safe?A. Yes. Payments are processed by secure, PCI-compliant gateways. We don’t store your card details.

Q. I placed an order but didn’t receive confirmation.A. Check SMS/WhatsApp/email and spam. Still missing? Message us on WhatsApp +91 92119 37442 with your number and order time.

Q. Can I change my address or cancel?A. Before dispatch: we’ll try our best—contact us immediately on WhatsApp. After dispatch: changes/cancellation aren’t possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Q. When will my order ship?A. All prepaid (and confirmed COD) orders dispatch within 48 hours.

Q. How long is delivery?A. 2–7 business days depending on your location (metros are faster).

Q. Will I get tracking?A. Yes. You’ll receive a dispatch notification with tracking link as soon as we ship.

Q. What if my PIN code isn’t serviceable right now?A. We’ll contact you to offer an alternative or a prompt refund.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Q. What is your return policy?A. We accept returns only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video. Item must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging.

Q. Do you offer size exchanges?A. Currently, we don’t offer size-based exchanges. Please refer to the size chart or WhatsApp us for size help before ordering.

Q. When will I get my refund?A. After the return is approved and received, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Q. The parcel looks tampered/damaged. What should I do?A. Please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photos. Unboxing photos/video help us resolve faster.

Sizing, Fabric & Care

Q. How do I pick the right size?A. Check the size chart on the product page. If between sizes at the bust, choose the larger size or WhatsApp us for quick guidance.

Q. How should I care for hand-printed fabrics?A. Gentle cold wash, wash darks separately, line dry in shade, warm iron on reverse. Handcrafted prints may have slight, beautiful variations.

COD & Failed Payments

Q. Is COD available?A. If enabled for your PIN code, you’ll see COD at checkout. We may confirm COD orders by call/WhatsApp before dispatch.

Q. My payment failed but money was debited.A. It usually auto-reverses by your bank within 3–7 days. Share the transaction ID with us if you need help.

Privacy & Support

Q. Will my data be kept private?A. Yes. We only use your details to process and deliver your order and to support you.
