At Adore India (Adore Luxe Pvt. Ltd., Delhi), we want you to be happy with every purchase. We take pride in the quality of our women’s fashion, and every product goes through strict checks before shipping. However, if you face any issue, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, you may choose a replacement product or a full refund (credited back to your original payment method).
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned product.

🚚 Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear, accessories, and sale/clearance items cannot be returned.
  • Minor variations in color (due to screen/lighting differences) are not considered defects.
